Mike Hall

Vice President

Mike Hall is responsible for directing and leading activities for Shaw Business Solutions, including the management and continued development of Shaw fiber optic networks, and Internet, Data and Voice connectivity.

Mike's career has covered a wide range of telecommunications experience for over 22 years in multiple disciplines including sales, operations and engineering. Mike was born and raised in Manitoba and previously served with The Gemini Group, (a telecom company owned by Air Canada and Canadian Airlines) and then joined BC Systems Corporation in Victoria BC. Mr. Hall joined Shaw in 1997 in Calgary and became a senior leader with responsibilities for a number of Shaw Cables' regional activities including Customer Care, Sales, Technical Operations and Program Delivery.

Mike Hall has over 22 years of telecommunications experience in multiple disciplines, including Sales, Operations, and Engineering.

Cheryl Bruley

Director, Sales

Cheryl began her career in the Cable Television industry in 1985 and joined Shaw Business Solutions in 2002 as an Account Executive, responsible for the business development and growth of the largest base of wholesale accounts. In 2007 Cheryl took on the position of Manager, Sales for the Eastern Region of Shaw Business Solutions, accountable for leading a team of Account Executives responsible for Enterprise, Wholesale and Government Accounts. Cheryl moved into the role of Director, Sales in early 2009 where she is responsible for overseeing all divisional accountabilities related to Enterprise, Wholesale and Government sales teams within Shaw Business Solutions.

Cheryl has over 15 years of sales experience; together with over 16 years of telecommunications experience in both wire-line and wireless networks in multiple disciplines including Sales, Project Management and Network Planning.

Rob Myatt

Director, Carrier Services

Rob Myatt joined Shaw Business Solutions in 2001 as Product Portfolio Manager and was responsible for the creation and release of layer 2 services. Rob took on the position of Manager, Marketing, in 2003, and in early 2005 he moved into the position of Director, Carrier Services, where he has accountability for the development of carrier relationships, which includes acquisition, provision and operations of all off-net telecommunications services for Shaw Business Solutions and the Shaw group of companies.

Rob Myatt has over 10 years of telecommunications experience in multiple disciplines including Marketing, Information Technology, and Carrier Services.

Tracy Johnson

Director, Operations

Tracy Johnson joined Shaw Business solutions in 2002 as Manager, Carrier Services - Wholesale. In 2003 Tracy moved into the role of National Manager Client Services, providing leadership for the Shaw Business Solutions Client Services team. In her role as Director, Operations, Tracy provides leadership and continued development of the entire Operations team, including Client Services, Technical Services and Technical Operations.

Tracy Johnson has over nine years of telecommunications experience with a background in Carrier Services, Customer Services and Technical Operations

Lucy Cross

Director, Product Development

Lucy Cross joined Shaw Business Solutions as Senior Manager, Business Voice, in 2006. In her role as Director, Product Development, Lucy will lead the management and development of Shaw Business Solutions' products and services. She will continue to drive focus on the enhancement of existing services and the development of emerging technologies and services. In addition, Lucy will oversee internal and external communications in support of Shaw Business Solutions' corporate objectives.

Lucy Cross has worked in the technology industry for over 18 years, with six of these years directly in the telecommunications industry. During her experience Lucy has led the development and operation of advanced voice services including legacy and IP telephony services and technology services tailored directly for the SME market.
